BVNA City Services had been informed by the Mayor’s Office of Civic Organizing that - while the Love Your Block cleanup was still planned to continue regardless of weather - the Public Works Department says that street sweeping will not be possible on the event day.
We are reluctantly cancelling the cleanup originally scheduled for Saturday morning and will coordinate with Public Works to try to get our neighborhood streets some extra attention from the city before the snow falls.
Please note that the generous free parking from our neighbors at 200 Stuart St Garage will no longer be provided (or needed) on November 18. Thank you - any questions can be directed to cityservices@bayvillage.net.
